FLYER DESIGN ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Email all images, logos and text info desired for the design special to sales@graphicartservices.com, please include your phone number, as it will be your order number.   Next, choose the quantity of flyers listed on the special and make your credit card payment on our payments page, and a receipt will be given to you electronically. A follow up email will be sent to you to confirm your payment and your order. Once order is confirmed and the flyer design discussed and agreed upon, pdf proofs will follow for approval. Once the design is approved by the person placing the order by email, we will move on to printing and delivering your flyer order.   NOTE: orders will not be started without payment completed. Yes! Shipping is included and only valid inside of the continental USA. Sorry, no overseas orders accepted. Contact us for more details.

It is well worth saving copies of your precious documents and memories!
Did you know that most cd's can be viewed on your television through your dvd player just like a slide show? (check the instructions that came with your specific dvd player). What a great way to view all of your precious memories!!!

We will scan your favorite color and b&w photos, news clippings, receipts, certificates, awards, old greeting cards, theatre tickets, small scrapbooks and more.... for safe keeping on cd where you can store in a safety deposit box or different location to prevent a loss in case of fire or flood or other damage!

We scan at high quality We scan in two categories. High quality of 300 or 600 dpi per photo, perfect for printing! Web quality at 72 or 150 dpi great for online use. (300 to 600 dpi files are very large and very slow loading for the internet. They are commonly used for printing. We recommend 72 or 150 dpi for online use.) Choose which category fits your needs.

We charge only Our 2011 costs are as follows: maximum size is currently 8.5x11  (For 6x9 to 8.5x11 photos only $1 each) (For 5x8, 4x6 and smaller photos are only 50¢ each) Price includes naming and archiving each file to cd or dvd. CD and DVD's are now FREE with all orders. Shipping costs are separate. Photo retouching for minor repairs is a separate cost, email us for all details.
