INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING YOUR ORDER:
1. Click on the correct amount on payment button for the quantity of cards you would like, fill out
form info
and submit.
2. Email all details about your card on the form below. Let us
know if you are supplying a file or if you want us to design you a card
with info you have provided. You can provide images to be used. Be sure to verify payment on form below.
3. We will review your info and confirm by email. If we
have any questions we will contact you by email or phone.
4. A PDF proof
will be sent for final approval on all orders. Please check very
carefully and approve or make your changes by email. Once orders are
processed, CHANGES can not be guaranteed and are an additional $25.00.
GraphicArtServices is not responsible for any missing or incorrect
information once card has been approved by the customer. We do not color match as this is cmyk process printing.
5. All
card orders will ship to addresses in the continental United States
only within 10-14 business days or sooner from the proof approval
date. Please be sure we have your correct shipping address on file to avoid hold ups and xtra shipping charges. |
PLEASE NOTE:
Your Business card file MUST be formatted as either a PDF
or JPG in
CMYK color, sized exactly 3.5" x 2". Keep all text and any graphic
that you do not want cut off at least .125" away from edges.
If your image extends to edges of card, you must add a .125" bleed all around card making total size 3.75" x 2.25".
We
do not accept EPS, PSD, GIF, Excel, WORD or Publisher files at this
time. Convert those to PDF or JPG before sending to us. Any files that
are not submitted as CMYK color in pdf or jpg formats will put a hold
on your order.
Price includes a pdf proof and shipping within the continental United States.

Also, please let us know if you have a layout or idea in mind for your card. We do include our own graphics or photo images on this design item if you want us to come up with some ideas. We will send pdf proofs to review. Choose a layout from one of our idea proofs, make any necessary changes and we will send you final proofs to review. Make your final changes if any and we will get an approved proof next.
We do not create logo designs with this package. See Logo Design and Contact Us page to inquire about that service.
Only approved proofs by email will be put into printing press production. |
